| Arborworks | | | Arborworks Ltd is a dedicated Tree Surgery, Woodland Management & Arboricultural Groundworks company based in the beautiful Test Valley, offering a complete tree care service across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset. Much of the larger timber they take down is converted into planks on site using the Alaskan Mill with a Husqvarna 3120XP. | Joe Hall | | | Joe runs a tree and landscaping business up near Edinburgh. Much of the timber he planks gets used in landscaping jobs and other garden design products. He recently sold a lot of his burr elm and ash to a cabinet maker for £5,000. This paid for a new camper for the family. | | www.gardenmatters.biz |

| Luke Ayling | | | Luke uses much of the oak he cuts in his oak framed buildings and his services include total renovation of historic timber framed buildings. “The Alaskan Mill gives so much flexibility in cutting oak elbows and other awkward shapes… I don’t know how we’d do some of the pieces without the mill”. |

| Richard Dunmore | | | Richard Dunmore has been travelling around the country for years carrying out a variety of mobile milling. The backbone of his operation centres around his 42HP top of the range woodmeizer. However there is often times when the giant logs he mills will not fit onto the meizer bed and so he breaks them down first with his Alaskan. Richard has tried several other chainsaw mills over the years but has settled on the Alaskan Mk III for ease of use, ecomomy and portability. He is now an official dealer of Granberg chainsaw mills and one of the few people to offer courses in their correct use. Recently he has ordered some giant 72" rails to upgrade his Alaskan to deal with a massive oak butt. Pictures to follow! | | www.mobilesawmill.biz |
